Goldberg's final match event set to bring more WWE Hall of Fame inductees
Goldberg is a WWE Hall of Famer and is well respected in the pro wrestling world. He wants a final match, and it appears that event is coming together.
Ringside News exclusively reports that Paul Heyman once floated a retirement angle for Goldberg in WWE. Vince McMahon had no interest in doing so, but that wouldn't stop Goldberg from doing it on his own.
Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful's paywall that the event, which could be Goldberg's last match, would have even more star power. It appears that Sting, RVD, Chris Masters and John Morrison are all attached to the event now.
In an update on the Israeli company hoping to land Goldberg for a match, we've learned something else. The show's running company is also hoping to cast Sting, Rob Van Dam, Chris Masters, John Morrison and others.
Pro wrestling fans love to see legends doing their job, but even a legend like Goldberg has to hang up his boots sooner or later. At least it looks like they're planning a big event to go along with Goldberg's last stand.
What is your take on the final match in Godalberg? Who should wrestle with him? Sound off in the comments!
